  • Deep tissue massage is a specialized massage that targets the deeper layers of muscles and tissues within the body. It involves the application of slow, firm pressure to release chronic muscle tension and knots.

    C. Benefits of Deep Tissue Massage:

    1. Pain Relief: Deep tissue massage can alleviate chronic pain, including back and neck pain and fibromyalgia. By targeting deep layers of muscle and tissues, it helps to release tension and reduce discomfort.

    2. Improved Flexibility: By focusing on deeper muscle layers, deep tissue massage helps to improve the range of motion and flexibility. It can benefit individuals with restricted mobility or stiffness.

    3. Stress Reduction: Deep tissue massage promotes relaxation by releasing muscle tension and reducing stress levels. It can calm the mind and body, helping individuals unwind and find relief from everyday stressors.

    4. Rehabilitation and Injury Recovery: Deep tissue massage plays a crucial role in rehabilitation by increasing blood circulation, reducing inflammation, and breaking down scar tissue. It aids in healing injured muscles and tissues, facilitating a faster recovery.

  • Thai massage is a traditional Thai bodywork technique, Thai massage – also known as Thai Yoga Massage, or informally as 'the lazy person's yoga’- that combines elements of yoga, acupressure, and stretching. It involves using the therapist's body weight and hands to apply pressure, stretch muscles, and adjust joints. This modality improves flexibility, releases tension, and promotes energy flow throughout the channels of the body.

This massage is practiced in loose fitted comfortable clothing, and takes place on a thai massage mat on the floor, and incorporates little to no oils and salves.

  • The Alphabiotic alignment is a source reconnect process.

It empowers you to be more alive, awake, and aware. • Iridology is the science and practice of analyzing the iris, the most complex tissue structure in the human anatomy. Iridology reveals the presence of tissue inflammation in the body, where it is located, and what stage it has reached-acute, subacute, chronic, or degenerative.

The iris reveals the level of constitutional strength, inherent weaknesses, state of health, and the transitions that take place in a person’s organs and tissues according to the way he lives.

  • EDGU (pronounced "edge-you") is a self-empowering practice of Evolutionary Spinal Maintenance designed to gently exercise and maintain the health and pliability of the intervertebral disks, promoting a balanced and healthy spine and body. This movement exercises the intervertebral disks to avoid disk degeneration by maintaining their inherent strength, pliability and absorbency.

  • Cupping therapy, a traditional Chinese medicine practice, involves creating suction on the skin using cups, aiming to increase blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and potentially reduce pain and inflammation. Cupping treatments can be very relaxing as well.

ALPHABIOTICS Training Academy - Alphabiotics Certification

200 Hours

Alphabiotics is a specialized technique that takes a year of training to even come close to perfecting. This training taught me about the nervous system, the connection of the brain, body, and spirit'; and how modern day stressors are causing all sorts of ailments to occur. We learned about recognizing specific holding patterns in the body, and how to restore balance, for optimal healing to occur. In many ways, this training has saved my life, my nervous system, and has helped the intricate weaving of how I interact with the world in all of it’s stimulus.

My very first training in Thai massage was in Bali, at the international school in Changu, owned and operated by two Thai therapists. Here I learned the basis of what would become my most passionate offering. Incorporating specific energy line work and stretching to bring clients into a rejuvenated state of balance, this training is what paved my direction into the deeper aspects of what this ancient modality has to offer to humanity.

REEVA International Spa School - Thai Massage Certification

Learning from the leading Iridologist in the world, Ellen Jensen, at her private home in San Diego, is an “eye opening” experience. Here I learned all about the structure and the colors of the eyes, the pre-conceived genetic dispositions you can find by analyzing the Iris, the emotional and spiritual aspects that are present in the eye, and so much more. This is a fantastic non-invasive diagnostic tool that many do not know about.

Spirit Winds School of Thai Massage, run by the amazing Janice Gagnon, is a probably one of the most authentic and detail oriented school of Thai massage in our country, at least I would assume so. Janice spent countless years studying under the masterful women of Northern Thailand. I have taken two advanced courses so far, and plan to continue learning this modality as it feels like I live and breath it through my existence. Brining Yoga, massage, and energy work into one modality, Thai massage is hands down the most impactful form of massage on my body. The techniques learned in the advanced classes are potent and thorough for a wide breadth of ailments.

EDGU Certification - Vitalist Institute

55 Hours

Going hand in hand with Alphabiotics nervous system alignments, EDGU is an evolutionary spinal maintenance program, that I now can offer to students as a way of mainting their optimal spinal health. They say a healthy spine is a healthy body, considering that all of the nerve information from the brain to the rest of the body, must run its course through the spinal chord. This movement program is fun, and extremely life changing. It’s a maintenance program that I am so happy to have in my own life and excited to share with others.
